A classic Sunday lunch with traditional roasts and decadent desserts...
The Sunday lunch menu at Swinfen Hall changes from week to week but always features traditional roasts with all the trimmings and decadent desserts. There are lighter options for the faint-hearted and we happily cater for specific dietary requirements with prior warning.
At least once a month our Sunday Lunch moves to the ballroom and one of our regular pianists adds a little keyboard magic to the proceedings with a wide-ranging repertoire of jazz, classical and popular standards. David Oakley, our master magician, also makes ad hoc appearances to mesmerise and mystify with some astounding table magic. You think you know how it’s done – think again.
Dates for a Touch of Music and a Touch of Magic are published in our newsletter and featured on the Events page.
Sunday lunch is charged at £38 for three courses and £29.50 for two courses. Children under 12 are charged half the adult rate.
With 100 acres of parkland to explore, Sunday lunch can be an all-day experience
Bring your walking shoes and take a stroll through our beautiful gardens after Sunday lunch. We have a thriving herd of sika deer which roam in 45 acres of hay meadows and woodland at the back of the hotel and a small flock of rare breed Manx Loaghtan sheep, which graze under the chestnut trees in the front park. You are also welcome to visit the walled garden which provides an abundance of fruit, vegetables and herbs for the kitchen.
