Ryan entertaining the crowds at the Lichfield Food Festival

Head Chef Ryan cooking 100-day aged Longhorn beef with shitake mushrooms, soy and lettuce at the sixth Lichfield Food Festival which took place over the bank holiday weekend amid blue skies and soaring temperatures.  Over 100 stands lined the city centre promoting good food, local produce and home brews.  Record numbers turned out to enjoy street food, cooking demonstrations and live music.   The Sun Neswpaper had already named the Lichfield Food Festival as one of their top ten Summer events helping consolidate Lichfield’s reputation as a culinary hotspot.
