The Tasting menus change every couple of months but always gives diners the opportunity to try a wide selection of flavour combinations and are guaranteed to feature the Chef’s current favourites and signature dishes.
Each dish is matched with a different wine thus ensuring that all the wine and food combinations work from amuse bouche to dessert. Our service staff will explain the rationale behind the matching and why we think these pairings work particularly well.
After a very sociable dinner, the evening will round off with coffee and petit fours in the bar or the cocktail lounge.
