The AA has named Staffordshire the second-best county in England when it comes to hospitality and we were delighted that the Daily Mail chose Swinfen Hall to illustrate their online report. The AA ranked the country’s 47 regions across a wide range of criteria and although the South-East took two of the top three places, we are very proud to see Staffordshire waving the flag for the Midlands.
The AA hopes that the new data will help people make better informed decisions about where to eat, drink and stay in England. Andrew Oxley, Head of Hotel and Hospitality Services at the AA, added: “We hope this data will be useful for consumers when planning a summer holiday or short break in England”
We have always known what a great county Staffordshire is – offering fabulous scenery and country walks, picturesque villages with artisan pubs and a wealth of history – but now it’s official.
Swinfen Hall is the highest-rated hotel in Staffordshire with the only three-rosette restaurant in the county so why not take advantage of our New Year offers and enjoy some of Staffordshire’s famous hospitality.
